Terms and conditions

Please read them before you sign with us. The signed contract is the primary reference, and these terms complement it.

Last updated: 2026-10-27

These terms govern your use of the Techno Web Masr website and your dealings with us before and during a contract. The service provider is Techno Web Masr Software Establishment, Commercial Register No. 4186, Tax Card No. 714-409-707, located at 9th floor, Al Dali Tower, Al Matafi St. (off Abdel Salam Aref St.), Mansoura, Dakahlia, Egypt.

How these terms relate to your contract: When we have a signed contract, the contract is the primary reference and prevails over these terms in case of any conflict. These terms cover what the contract does not mention and explain how we work before you sign. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Arabic version, the Arabic version prevails.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “us” or “the Company”: Techno Web Masr Software Establishment.
  • “Client”: any person or entity that requests our services or contracts with us.
  • “Services”: development of software, systems, websites, online stores and apps; AI and automation solutions; video production; hosting and domain registration; and technical support and maintenance.
  • “Quote”: the written offer we send you before contracting, stating the scope of work, price and timeline.
  • “Third parties”: any service provider other than us, such as hosting providers, domain registrars, app stores, payment gateways, WhatsApp and AI services.

2. Information and prices shown on the website

  • All content, examples and prices on the website are for illustration and to introduce our services, and are not a binding offer.
  • The binding price is only the one stated in a written quote or a signed contract.
  • We may change the website's content, prices and service specifications at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect a contract signed before them.

3. Quotes and starting work

  • A quote is valid for the period stated in it. After that, we may re-price it.
  • Work begins after the first payment is made and the content and data we need from the client are received, whichever is later.
  • If the contract sets a deadline for the first payment and it passes without payment, the contract is considered void, and we may re-price the project and reschedule its dates.

4. Pricing policy

  • The price of any project is based on its scope: the number of screens and functions, integrations with other systems, complexity and the required timeline.
  • The agreed price is fixed for the scope of work written in the contract. Any feature or change outside that scope is priced separately, and its timeline is agreed in writing before work begins.
  • Prices exclude taxes. If you request a tax invoice, the legally applicable value-added tax is added.
  • Contracts priced in a foreign currency may be paid in the equivalent amount in Egyptian pounds, at the official exchange rate announced by the Central Bank of Egypt on the payment date.
  • Third-party costs are not included in the project price unless stated in the quote or contract. Examples: hosting, domains, app store developer accounts, WhatsApp Business messages, AI model usage, text messages, payment gateways and paid plugins.
  • Recurring services, such as hosting, domains, maintenance plans and running subscriptions, are billed per subscription cycle, at the price in effect at renewal.

5. Price changes and disclaimer

  • The value of a signed contract does not change during its term except by written agreement between both parties.
  • Prices of recurring services and third-party prices may change at renewal, because providers change their prices, exchange rates move, or new taxes or fees are imposed.
  • We notify you of the new price well before the renewal date, and you may choose not to renew.
  • We are not responsible for third parties' decisions about their prices or policies, but we inform you of any change we learn about as soon as possible.

6. Payment

  • Payments are made only through the approved payment methods stated in the contract or invoice. Payment by any other method is not recognized without our written approval.
  • A payment is considered made when it actually reaches our account. Please send proof of transfer through our approved WhatsApp number or email.
  • If a due payment is late, we may pause work temporarily, and the pause is added to the delivery timeline.

7. Delivery timeline

  • Timelines are counted in official working days (Sunday to Thursday), excluding official public holidays in Egypt.
  • Any delay by the client in providing content, data, approvals or payments extends the delivery timeline by the same period.
  • Review times of stores and third parties (such as Google Play and the App Store) are not included in the delivery timeline.

8. Acceptance and revisions

  • We deliver a test version for you to review, and you send your feedback in writing, consolidated, within the period stated in the contract.
  • The contract sets the number of revision rounds within the scope of work.
  • If the review period passes without written feedback, the version is considered approved and we proceed to publish.
  • Any request after the agreed revision rounds, or outside the scope of work, is a new request with its own price and timeline.

9. Technical support and maintenance

  • After launch there is a free support period stated in the contract, to fix any software defect in the agreed functions.
  • Free support does not cover new features, design changes, faults caused by changes the client or a third party made to the code or server, or changes imposed by third parties.
  • After the free support period, maintenance is provided under a separate, optional maintenance contract.

10. Intellectual property

  • Ownership of your project's source code and all related accounts transfers to you once the full contract value is paid. Until then, your use of it is for review and testing only.
  • We retain our rights to general tools, libraries and components that are not specific to your project alone.
  • We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

11. Hosting and domains

  • Hosting and domain registration are provided through external providers and registrars, and are also subject to their policies.
  • We register the domain in your name or your company's name where the registrar allows it, and hand over its management details to you.
  • Renewals must be paid before the expiry date. We remind you in advance, but paying on time is the client's responsibility.
  • If a renewal is not paid, hosting may be suspended, and data may be deleted after the provider's retention period.
  • After expiry, a domain enters a grace period, then a redemption period with higher fees set by the registrar, after which anyone may register it. We are not responsible for losing a domain that was not renewed on time after we reminded you.
  • Backups are the client's responsibility unless we have agreed on a backup service.
  • Pricing and annual renewal details are on the Hosting and domain pricing page.

12. AI solutions

  • AI output (replies, text, images and video) may contain errors. We review it before delivery, but reviewing and approving it before use is the client's responsibility.
  • AI agents answer from the data the client provides. The client is responsible for the accuracy of those prices and information and for keeping them up to date.
  • Any person's image or voice used in a video requires that person's written consent.
  • AI model usage and channel messaging costs are charged by usage, as stated in the quote.
  • We are not responsible for decisions the client makes based solely on AI output without review.

13. Third-party services

  • We are not responsible for third parties' policies, prices or decisions, or for any suspension, rejection or change they make.
  • We help with any required resubmission or changes, within the agreed scope of work.

14. Confidentiality and data protection

  • We keep your data and business information confidential and use them only for the purposes of the contract. This obligation continues after the contract ends.
  • How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

15. Cancellation and refunds

  • Any contract is terminated according to its own terms.
  • If the client terminates the contract without a breach on our part, payments made are not refunded, and we are entitled to the value of the milestone in progress.
  • If we terminate the contract without a breach on the client's part, we refund what was paid for milestones not yet delivered.
  • Domain fees are non-refundable after registration, and hosting fees are non-refundable after activation, because they are paid to third parties in advance.
  • In every case of termination, we hand over the work completed in return for the amounts paid.

16. Limitation of liability

  • Our liability is limited to delivering the agreed services with professional quality.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or business interruption, or for damages caused by misuse of the system or changes made by others.
  • In all cases, our maximum liability does not exceed the amounts the client paid for the service in which the damage occurred.

17. Force majeure

  • Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by force majeure beyond its control, provided it notifies the other party as soon as it occurs.
  • If force majeure lasts more than 60 days, either party may terminate the contract, after settling the obligations incurred before it.

18. Communications and electronic signature

  • The WhatsApp numbers and email addresses stated in the contract are official channels for correspondence, notices and approvals.
  • Signing a printed or electronic copy of the contract and sending it via WhatsApp or email is a binding signature.

19. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms and our contracts are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • We try to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of notice. If it is not resolved, the courts of Mansoura have jurisdiction.

20. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time, and we show the date of the last update at the top of the page.
  • Any signed contract is subject to the terms in effect on the date it was signed.
